Definition of the E\+LU activation function as described by Djork-\/\+Arne Clevert, Thomas Unterthiner and Sepp Hochreiter.

Definition of the S\+E\+LU function as introduced by Klambauer et. al. in Self Neural Networks. The S\+E\+LU activation function keeps the mean and variance of the input invariant.

In short, S\+E\+LU = lambda $\ast$ E\+LU, with \textquotesingle{}alpha\textquotesingle{} and \textquotesingle{}lambda\textquotesingle{} fixed for normalized inputs.

Hence both E\+LU and S\+E\+LU are implemented in the same file, with lambda = 1 for E\+LU function.
