Structs for initializing and training H\+M\+Ms (either of Discrete, Gaussian, G\+MM, or Diagonal G\+MM H\+M\+Ms). These structs are passed as template parameters to the Perform\+Action function of an H\+M\+M\+Model object. These structs have been adapted from the structs in mlpack/methods/hmm/hmm\+\_\+train\+\_\+main.\+cpp.
